The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: Order verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturers for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and China Post process the orders, which takes an additional 1–3 working days. At the same time, an informed e-mail will be there in your e-mail box once the parcel is out. The tracking number inside is to trace the timely status of parcel.
Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 7 and 14 working days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. Because the shipping time is up to multiple factors, like the destination country, custom, weather and so on, which is really hard to control.
a. When the parcel is shipped out, a tracking number will be updated to you, meanwhile, you will receive a notification email. You can check the logistics status through the link of the email.
b. If the shipment notification email you received cannot check your logistics status, you can also check on our website through the following website. (You can enter your order number and the email address you filled in when placing the order, or your logistics order number)

If your credit card is declined there may be a few reasons why:
a.the card has no funds available
b.you entered the wrong CSV security code
c.the card is expired
d.you entered the wrong billing information
e.the card does not allow internet purchases (card not present purchases)
f.there is a hold on the card
g.transaction do not honour, etc.
In any event by calling your issuing bank they can tell you why the card is declining.
