1. How long will my order be processed and when I will receive it?

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts: Processing time takes 1–3 workdays. Shipping time usually take between 7 and 15 workdays to arrive at their destination. However, due to the COVID-19 epidemic, logistics may also be delayed. So we cannot guarantee the logistics and transportation time, very sorry.


2. Where will my order be shipped from?

Our orders will be shipped from China. Thank you.


3. What should I do if the item is not working or DOA after receiving it?

Hi, please feel free to contact us : service@masttattoos.com. We provide the technical support first; if it doesn't work, a new replacement will be resent to you. Thank you.


4. How to process a return or refund?

Please feel free to contact us : service@masttattoos.com. We will contact you as soon as possible after seeing your email and provide after-sales service. More details please refer to Return and Exchange Policy. (Please note your order number and the reason you wanna return or exchange)


5. Has my order been shipped? Where is my stuff?

a. When the parcel is shipped out, a tracking number will be updated to you, meanwhile, you will receive a notification email. You can check the logistics status through the link of the email.

b. If the shipment notification email you received cannot check your logistics status, you can also check on our website through the following website. (You can enter your order number and the email address you filled in when placing the order, or your logistics order number)

Payment & Ordering Qustions

1. What payment terms you can accept?

We can accept Paypal, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Maestro and Diners Club


2. My payment was declined, why?

If your credit card is declined there may be a few reasons why:
a.the card has no funds available
b.you entered the wrong CSV security code
c.the card is expired
d.you entered the wrong billing information
e.the card does not allow internet purchases (card not present purchases)
f.there is a hold on the card
g.transaction do not honour, etc.
In any event by calling your issuing bank they can tell you why the card is declining.

Solutions: try a different credit card or try using PayPal as your checkout method.


3. How do I cancel my order?

Only unshipped orders may be canceled. Cancellation may be done either through email. The refund will be issued accordingly if the card is charged.

4. Is my information is securing using this site?

Absolutely!!! Our Secure Software (SSL) is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts your credit card number so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.


5. What if my address is wrong?

If your address is not available, we will send you an email. Please be sure to check your email within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do everything we can to fulfill your order.


6. Can I change my delivery address?

If your order has not been shipped (usually within 24 hours after placing the order), you can email us the address you want to change, and we will help you confirm the correct address and change it.
If your order has been shipped, you will not be able to change the address, thank you for your understanding.

7. Will I need to pay custom duties or taxes on my orders?

Generally speaking, there is no need to pay for the custom tax. Once you are taxed by the local custom, customers shall pay for it in time. Thank you.


8. How long will it take for my refund to arrive?

Paypal basically arrives on the one day. The credit card depends on the customer's credit card issuing bank, you can ask your card issuing bank.



Product Qustions

1. How do I disinfect the tattoo machine?

Tattoo machines are generally disinfected at high temperature, and the power supply can be wiped and disinfected with alcohol. Remember not to clean it directly with water. Usually when tattooing, we recommend using disposable machine cover sleeves for the machine. After the machine is used up, please disinfect it in time.


2. How to maintain the tattoo machine?

It's advised to wipe the machine with some Vaseline lubricant after you use it.


3. What's the most suitable voltage to use with Mast Flash?

Shading 6.5V, lining 7.2V


4. If Mast Magi support SMP?

Yes, Mast Magi has two changeable stroken length. Copper head is 2.0mm, stainless steel is 3.0mm


5. Do you have a suitable machine for PMU? What are the needles used for PMU?

Yes. You can look at the PMU machines on our website, these are more suitable. For other machines, our PMU artist also recommends to use Mast Tour for PMU. Its stroke length is 3.2mm. This machine is small and easier to operate. Mast Flip has 6 stroke lengths that can be adjusted, and a small stroke length is also suitable for PMU. If you want to know whether other tattoo machines are suitable for PMU, you can email us and we will try our best to help you.
We usually recommend smaller diameter needles for PMU needles. You can check the PMU cartridges on our website.

6. What's the suitable voltage for shading and lining?

For most tattoo machine, 5-7V suitable for shading and 6-8V for lining.
